The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and/or Act No.18/2018 Coll. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPA"), whereby your rights are regulated in particular in § 28 et seq. of the PDPA (as of 25.5.2018 in Article 5 and Articles 12 to 22 of the GDPR).

What are your rights?
(a) access to data: You have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data and to ask us for access to it.
b) edit data: You have the right to have the personal data we process about you correct, complete and up-to-date. If your personal data is incorrect or out of date, you can ask us to correct or complete it.
c) delete data: You can ask us to erase your data at any time.
d) restrict the processing: you can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If we comply with your request, we will only store your personal data and will not process it further.
e) request information: you have the right to request that we provide you with your personal data in an electronic format (e.g. an XML or CSV file) that allows you to easily transfer your data to another company.
f) withdraw from processing your data for marketing purposes: You have the right to withdraw your consent for using your personal data for marketing purposes at any time. If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter, please use the link provided in those newsletter. You can also object to the processing of your data at any time by emailing hello@slavicadesign.com. We will delete your personal data on the basis of your objection.
How can you exercise these rights?
You can contact us by email at hello@slavicadesign.com with your request. We will deal with all your requests and inform you of the outcome in the same way as you make your request.
Consent to the processing of personal data
By providing your consent to the processing of your personal data, you grant the company slávica, s. r. o., with registered office at Kupeckého 18178/8, 821 08 Bratislava, ID No.: 48153621, in accordance with GDPR and PDPA, the express consent to the processing of his/her personal data in the scope of name and surname, telephone number, e-mail.
The personal data provided by the Buyer to the Seller in the context of the conclusion of the contract (during registration, ordering, etc.), the Seller undertakes to use only for the purpose of the proper performance of the contract with the Buyer and shall process them in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
The consent to collecting your personal data is voluntary and we have no legal right to obtain it otherwise. This consent is given voluntarily by the customer, and as a customer you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting hello@slavicadesign.com.
