You can return a purchased piece* back to us without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased (cannot be washed, worn, with original tags and packaging) - complete and without any damage.
How to do it?
1. Fill out our return form.
2. You have 14 days from filling out the form to return the goods. Bring it in person or send it to us at the address: slávica, Laurinská 19, 811 01 Bratislava. We recommend sending the shipment through verified courier service or registered mail service so that you can track it and have proof of postage. Postage is paid by the customer.
3. After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will send you a confirmation email and within 14 days at the latest, your payment will be returned to the IBAN you specified in the form.
*the possibility of return does not apply to: products made to order according to the special requirements of the consumer, goods enclosed in protective packaging that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging was broken after delivery.
