We prepare all orders (except weekend orders) for shipment generally within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment. In the case of a large number of orders, we dispatch within 3 days of receipt of the order at the latest. If for any reason this deadline cannot be met, we inform our customers by phone or e-mail.

- DPD courier: 5 € (delivery within 1 – 2 business days)
Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria:
- DPD courier: 12 - 20 € (delivery within 3 - 5 business days)
Germany:
- DPD courier: 17 - 25 € (delivery within 3 - 5 business days)
Rest of the EU: registered mail service (delivery within 6 - 15 business days). The exact cost is calculated once you add your items to the shopping bag and add adress to your order (it depends on the weight of the package and exact shipping adress).
Outside the EU: registered mail service (delivery within 7 to 20 business days). The exact cost is calculated once you add your items to the shopping bag and add adress to your order (it depends on the weight of the package and exact shipping adress). Please note that orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duty and taxes to be paid at the point of delivery by the receiver.
