The series of works on paper and cardboard presents abstract works, records in which relaxed acrylic painting and mainly oil pastel drawing prevail. One can read a subtle reflection of the reality of nature in them. A strong inspiration is the landscape, mountains, motifs of gardens, flowers, birds, fish, sea life, minerals. Drawings-paintings are supposed to create a light and ephemeral impression of a captured moment – such as the Impressionists did in the past. The records are fast, layered and a result of combination of different painting techniques. For some, paste paint or metallic paint was also used, but mainly a high-quality background in the form of paper or canvas.

Original drawing by illustrator Simona Smatana. Simona mainly focuses on book creation and, in addition to drawing, she also writes her own stories. Her children's picture books are characterized by deeper references and educational character and they have been awarded several times both at home and abroad. The main characters of the books continue to live their lives in the drawings where they often all together meet on a picnic, a hike or during other ordinary activities. The originals are drawn with crayons, numbered and signed.

A unique ink drawing from the free creation of the author duo Ové Pictures. The works are numbered, personify the pure joy of creation, a return to analog expression and playful expressions on paper full of details, without thematic restrictions. Their favorite motif of the white bread roll appears here again, reminding us of the preciousness of the ordinary.

A unique small drawing by Slavomíra Ondrušová captures everything around us, the themes of (self) love, discovering life's joys and oneself. Great expression on a small surface, with the author's typical lightness and kind humor. Each drawing is a unique original.

Archival print of an original work by Slávka Ondrušová which is part of her long-term project in which she creates a collection of drawing sketchbooks. Hundreds of subtle drawings were created as daily introspective records which document the individual experience and the need to record a specific period in which current regulations, isolation and absence of social interaction (covid era) affected inner psychological experience, focus and attention of the author, and also changed the view of priorities, values and perception of relationships.

The Areolis Germinis series is a natural response to a author's longer-lasting project/research which included the creation of a collection of paintings and lectures on the topic of colour theory. Completion of this project and final "release" from deep concentration and observance of certain rules of research resulted in a relaxed experimental position of the author's work. The Latin name Areolis germinis(trans. germination) becomes a direct metaphor for new variations and new ways of finding self-expression that the author brings to the audience.

The Autumnist series is a free continuation of the Fallen Petals series. It was created from drawings of pressed flower petals that the author found in the Netherlands during her internship. She put them in a notebook and forgot about them. After a long time, she found them and as a reminder of the memories of the time spent abroad, she turned them into a series of graphics.

The Autumnist series is more focused on the shape of the individual petals and the combination of 2 or 3 colours. The name comes from autumn, which for Lívia is mostly defined by the changing colours of the leaves on the trees and their falling (and feelings of nostalgia). The graphics are printed with a risograph which uses natural pigments made from rice. Their special feature is the changing colour during pressing. The author tries different colour combinations which are transformed in various ways in the end, just like the leaves in autumn.

The artwork comes from Marek Ormandík's Bouquets series. Not the detail, but the whole is important, the surface of the painting is eruptive, created by dramatic, juicy handwriting, quivering lines, traces of flowing colors.
