Beach Artifacts earrings were created for the Oficina Playa fashion collection by designer Natália Nepovímová. The earrings were nominated for the Czech Grand Design Award 2022. The aesthetics of the collection is based on the concept of beach artifacts which often unidentifiable washed up pieces from the sea that we find on land. The jewellery uses the principle of layering of thin sheets developed by the author, which together create complex structures. Each piece is a unique original, just like sea sediments. The creative connection between the two designers, as well as the concept of the collection, was born in Mallorca.

ETCHED mini earrings complement the necklace from the same collection. Simple and timeless but with unique details that you won't get tired of. A little holes in the structure were created using the author's typical technique - silver etching.

The BEZIER collection is based on the parametric curve developed by Pierre Bézier. The jewellery is a hybrid combination of a traditional earring and an ear cuff that copies the shape of the ear. 

"Awry" means failed, flawed, twisted. The collection was inspired by failed, twisted pieces of wax, which the author molded into the desired shape of the jewellery after casting. A mistake eventually became a wearable piece of jewelry. The name refers both to the original mistake from which the collection was created, as well as to a twisted perspective on the mistakes that each of us makes and that we can easily turn into our decoration.

The gold-plated earrings reminiscent of river banks are inspired by the Soča River which flows through the territory of Slovenia and Italy and is considered the most beautiful in the country for its emerald color, calmness and wildness at the same time. Each piece is handcrafted, so the earrings may vary slightly from the photo. The earrings are cast from silver and further plated with 14-carat gold.
