Archimera

The book Bratislava Modern Fountains maps the city's fountains built between 1960 and 1990. In addition to the iconic ones such as the Družba fountain or the Vejárová fountain, the publication presents dozens of small abandoned fountains that are mostly unknown or known only to residents of housing estates. Architecture theorist Martin Zaiček, graphic artist Katarína Knežníková and photographer Andrea Kalinová in a creative tandem interpret and record the current state and quality of Bratislava's fountains. Through the author's manuscript, they reveal the poetics and the "other" side of well-known and lesser-known works.

The C20 guide for the capital Bratislava is divided into two parts, each of which contains 50 buildings that should not remain unknown to its residents nor visitors. This part, Modern centre, focuses more on buildings in the city centre of Bratislava.
