STANISLAV ONDRUŠ | Recycled Fire | 25. 9. 2019

Stanislav Ondruš, known under the pseudonym ŠťukART, is an active artist, lover of minimalism and textile designer. The essence and experience of the present moment through art and everyday life play a major role in his life and work. His work has also attracted foreign galleries in England, Poland and the Czech Republic, where he has successfully presented his work. Through self-realization, he underlines his immediate joy and strength to share sincere art.

In the exhibition titled Recycled Fire, he draws attention to the double meaning of starting a fire as a human need for physical or spiritual survival. The historical cross-section of the construction principles of stacking wood on top of each other as a certain architectural whole is the author's greatest inspiration and formal starting point for the compositional composition of his paintings. The author transforms current recycling tendencies into his works by using recycled materials to underline the importance of maintaining the natural need to start a fire even today.
