"There are two of us. Ove. Artists, women, friends, mothers. We have been an artistic duo for thirteen years. Some things we say, some we draw, especially those that are more difficult to say. These are not drawings that can be exactly named, these are subtle shades of feelings that create different characters and figures, whole environments. Drawing has been our connection from the beginning. We drew thousands of things together. We looked at thousands of frames, we focused on lines and dots. If you don't like something, cross it out, change and show it, don't talk too much about it. It's like two trees growing side by side - somewhere they intertwine, somewhere the roots of one get out of the way for the roots of the other and vice versa - it's a slow growth that doesn't need to be defined and explained all the time. The presented drawings follow the collections from the exhibitions Soft-boiled (2023), Storification (2019, Atelier XIII) and Even a stone flows (2022, Šamorín synagogue) when together with the dioramas that formed the main part of these exhibitions, preparatory sketches and individual drawings that were separate and related through motifs were also exhibited. In addition to the drawings, the exhibition is complemented by separate objects - dioramas with characters from the Ové iconography.
