Marek Ormandík unconventionally and boldly portrays classic themes while demolishing myths and familiar iconography. These are not noble shapes and faces. With quick, dynamic strokes of the brush, he lightly outlines his passionate, schizophrenic split naked figures and heads on paper. Not the detail, but the whole is important, the surface of the painting is eruptive, created by dramatic, juicy handwriting, quivering lines, traces of flowing colors.

The viewer is more used to the author's large-format canvases but in this series, Patrícia Koyšová presents paintings and prints on paper in smaller formats. Here, the paper reveals itself in its naked form. Paintings on paper are not preparatory sketches. They are independent originals, they capture the processes and topics on which the author works during individual series. The theme is not only the painting itself but also small story hidden in the work.

The giclée graphic that Han created during the quarantine work from home times captures the everyday reality of those days. The print is printed with the giclée technique in which the combination of pigment colours and high-quality paper achieves the quality and colour stability of the artwork for up to a hundred years. The CISAROVE project was created as a graphic creation of city fragments based on the visual principles of Bauhaus, Suprematism or Constructivism, where basic geometric shapes such as a square, circle or line are given the main word. The main graphic criteria are internal logic and order which are defined by a grid in the ratio of 40 x 60. The digital print features the Museum of the Slovak National Uprising in Banská Bystrica. The graphic is signed and numbered, limited to 200 pieces.

The artwork features stylized butterfly wings in a delicate structure that reflects its fragility. Fluorescent orange evokes joy, life and energy.
