In production, there is always a part of the product that is a workpiece and another part that is a scrap. Usually, all attention is focused on the workpiece so that it looks exactly like the design and can be replicated. Subsequently, this process is repeated in production which is, of course, correct. However, Mila believes that the beauty can also be found in scraps, because there is no control in their creation and the magic of glass can fully shine. That's where Personas come into play. Each different and unique. In the project, she is looking for the positions of glass as a material that can, with its natural consistency, create a shape that gives it another dimension – its personality. The basis is a simple semi-finished product on which the hot glass is then freely poured and shaped which gives the object a special character. The Persona layer is different from every point of view, constantly changing and evolving throughout our lives.
