Patrícia Koyšová is a painter, an experimenter surrounded by high-pressure industrial equipment. She calls her studio a painting laboratory. Just like a 100-liter pressure compressor, the viewer and their own imagination are important to her. In 2016, she completed her doctoral studies in the field of liberal arts with Prof. Ivan Csudai at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. 

Patrícia Koyšová presents 2020's fresh paintings and prints on paper. The viewer is more used to large-format canvases for the author, and slávica is the first place where she presents paper in its naked form. The paintings on paper are not preparatory sketches. They are original, independent, and capture the processes and themes that the author works on during individual series. The theme is the painting itself, but also small stories such as Egg and Tulip, Wild Boar or Year 2020. 

The exhibition was opened in December 2020 - due to pandemic measures without our traditional opening.
